can you not call them and ask them whether they can send me the pictures, or tell me exactly what they found that opted them to cancel the sale? I mean I really like this bag and I really want to know what went wrong.

I just got an email from the site telling me that the order was cancelled. That there was an issue with the quality control team saying that the item was not in the condition that you have described and that they contacted you and you refused to accept their offer and thus they cancelled the purchase? I called them and this is exactly what they told me, I was not even asked or given a chance to comment on the problem. That is why I would like to know what happened because all of this occurred without my knowledge. So if possible could you please tell me why was my purchase exactly canceled? Regards, Alia
