W.J. Davos Vintage Genuine Crocodile Leather Belt – Handmade in Italy – Size 95

Vintage: bought in 1988.

Beautiful vintage W.J. Davos belt, handcrafted in Italy in genuine crocodile leather (“Vero Coccodrillo Selvaggio”), as stamped on the reverse.

A distinctive vintage piece in rich cognac/dark brown crocodile, finished with contrast stitching and a classic silver-tone metal buckle. The reverse is stamped W.J. Davos – The Continental Company, “Hand Made Product – Genuine Leather – Made in Italy”, and size 95.

Condition: well used vintage condition. The crocodile leather shows visible wear, particularly around the belt holes and along parts of the edges, with surface wear, cracking and losses consistent with age and use. Please examine the photographs carefully, as they form part of the description. The buckle remains in good condition.

A characterful piece of vintage Italian craftsmanship made from genuine exotic leather, increasingly unusual to find today.
