1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date 41 mm watch, brand new in its original box.

The Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date, Montblanc's very first diving watch, features a dial with a glacier pattern that gives the impression of looking into its depths.
The pattern on this blue dial is inspired by the Mer de Glace, the main glacier of the Mont Blanc massif. Its texture is the result of an almost forgotten ancestral technique called gratté-boisé. The watch features a unidirectional two-tone ceramic bezel and an engraved case back. It is mounted on an interchangeable, bevelled stainless steel bracelet with fine adjustment for a precise fit.
This watch conforms to the ISO 6425 standard for diving watches and is water-resistant to 300 metres.
