A convertible collar coat from the Japanese brand NUKE, founded by Tatsuro Horikawa and later renamed JULIUS. The khaki fabric, of unknown composition, has a subtle satin-like quality: soft and crisp, with a slight sheen. The coat features a button placket ending in a two-position convertible pointed collar, and buttoned tabs at the cuffs to adjust the sleeve width. It has three front pockets: two large flap pockets near the hem and a smaller vertical zippered pocket parallel to the button placket. When worn open, the coat reveals zippers on each side, intentionally cut halfway down to render them unusable (there are no zippers), giving the impression that it originally had zippers. Similarly, the hem is left raw and frayed.

The coat is lined with a beautiful soft black cotton and features a large, intricately designed label made from a heathered, frayed fabric. In addition to detailed instructions in Japanese and English, the label bears the slogan "Nuke Heavy Industries - You Must Be Industrialized" and appears to depict a modified image of Mao Zedong.
