Other

Archival Dries Van Noten SS17 Tapestry Jacquard-Sleeve Bomber Jacket. An exceptional archival piece from Dries Van Noten’s Spring/Summer 2017 Menswear Collection. This striking hybrid bomber beautifully merges the relaxed ease of sportswear with the designer’s celebrated textile artistry. The deep black body is contrasted by richly woven tapestry-jacquard sleeves, each revealing different abstract motifs in muted earthy tones with touches of blue and yellow. Finished with a ribbed baseball collar, striped rib-knit cuffs and hem, a full front zip closure and two zipped pockets. The juxtaposition of the minimalist body and ornate sleeves creates a distinctive, highly refined statement piece that perfectly embodies Dries Van Noten’s masterful approach to pattern, texture and unexpected fabric combinations.
