Black knit blazer / soft jacket from Y's by Yohji Yamamoto, made in Japan. A quintessential Yohji piece with a relaxed silhouette and deconstructed aesthetic, blurring the line between a tailored blazer and a cardigan.

Crafted from a 75% wool / 25% nylon blend, the fabric has a soft handle, subtle texture, and a natural drape. Features a single-button closure, patch pockets, and a low, unstructured collar. Slightly elongated with an easy, relaxed fit.

Based on the garment's labels, construction, and overall design language, it is estimated to date from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. This dating cannot be confirmed with certainty and is based in part on comparisons with other Y's pieces from the same era.
