Beautiful blazer from Hickey Freeman, the legendary American tailoring house, produced for Nordstrom. Hickey Freeman is renowned for its long tradition of high-end tailoring in the United States, combining classic American proportions with serious handwork and construction quality. The jacket is crafted in a refined navy Prince of Wales check, timeless and elegant. It features notched lapels, a two-button stance, and a single rear vent, giving it a classic, balanced silhouette. Construction is excellent, with extensive handwork, including hand-sewn buttonholes. The blazer is canvassed, fully tailored in the traditional way. Buttons are genuine horn. The cuff buttons are non-working, and there is extra fabric in the sleeves, allowing a tailor to lengthen them if needed. Based on the measurements, the fit corresponds approximately to an EU 50 regular, with slightly shorter sleeves as currently set. Condition: Pristine condition.
