From Acne Studios’ Spring/Summer 2016 menswear collection, the “Casey Surf” sweatshirt captures the label’s exploration of surf culture through abstract form and color. Designed by Jonny Johansson and featured in the brand’s first-ever menswear campaign shot by David Sims, this piece reflects the laid-back yet cerebral mood of the season melding Scandinavian restraint with the fluid spirit of coastal life.

Crafted from soft cotton jersey, the sweatshirt features a digitally printed motif that wraps around the body in sweeping gradients of brown, green, and black. The design mimics the rhythm of waves and the organic motion of sand and sea, interpreted through painterly abstraction.
