Vintage Dutchess women's faux fur fascinator/cap, size 22, sold by Frank R. Jelleff of Washington, D.C./New York. Marked "Dutchess Reg'd" and "Body Made in Italy." Finished in the USA with United Hatters, Cap & Millinery Workers International Union label #343208. Brown satin ribbon and bow. The textile lining confirms that it is synthetic fur. Vintage condition, near mint, with no signs of wear. Clean interior, free of perspiration, makeup, or other stains. The faux fur is dense and clean; ribbon, stitching, tags, and union label are intact.
