Vintage 1950s/1960s fascinator half hat from the U.S.A.
Stunning and rare original vintage cocktail hat from the 50s/60s, perfect for collectors, themed events, or to add a unique touch to a retro look.
Half hat style cap model typical of the era, very dramatic and refined, in synthetic straw (?) / copper-colored metallic fabric with a woven texture, crossed by elegant rust-colored velvet inserts forming a large flat decorative bow at the back, hand-embroidered with clusters of faux white pearls, small amber stones, and brown beads creating symmetrical geometric floral designs on the tips and the lower front, side, and rear edges.
The inside of the hat is clean, with a protective tone-on-tone grosgrain ribbon along the entire perimeter and the original vintage label with size 22 (inches), an American/English vintage size, corresponding to a head circumference of about 56 cm.
I note some missing beads and other small imperfections of the cap shown in the last photos.

Vintage 1950s/1960s fascinator half hat from the U.S.A.
Modello a calotta stile "half hat" tipico dell'epoca, molto scenografico e raffinato, in paglia sintetica (?)
