Mulberry Y2K Black and Blue Python Snakeskin Envelope Clutch Bag with Gold Hardware
Description:
Authentic Mulberry envelope clutch bag from the iconic Y2K era. This rare archival piece features a striking genuine python snakeskin exterior in a unique black and blue colorway, beautifully complemented by rich gold hardware.
Designed as an elegant evening pochette, its structured envelope shape offers a spacious, expandable profile while holding your night-out essentials. This piece represents a distinct era of Mulberry's design history and is no longer available in modern production.
Provenance & Authenticity Note:
This is a single-owner vintage piece purchased directly during its exact 2004 collection launch year. Please note that as an early archival heritage piece from this 2004 debut, it does not feature an interior serial number, which is entirely consistent with production standards of this specific early vintage era.
Measurements:
* Length: 10.5 in / 26.7 cm
* Height: 6 in / 15.2 cm
* Depth: 2.5 in / 6.4 cm
Condition Details (Good Condition):
* Exterior: The genuine python snakeskin scales are well-preserved with beautiful natural texture. Shows minor, natural lifting and peeling on the corners consistent with a vintage exotic skin bag.
* Hardware: The front gold plate shows light superficial scratches from normal vintage use, but remains fully functional with rich, bright color.
* Interior: Clean lining with minimal signs of gentle vintage wear.
Please note that as an authentic exotic leather item, this piece showcases the natural variations and characteristics unique to genuine python skin
