The coat is in excellent condition. Upon close examination in bright light, very slight lightening marks are visible on the wool fabric at the bottom of the front (see last photo). These subtle variations could be minimized or removed by professional dry cleaning. In addition, a few small creases from folding the coat are hidden under the button placket. These will likely disappear on their own or with ironing (see the second-to-last photo). There is also slight wear on the buttons. These details are imperceptible once the coat is being worn.
