Vintage Patchwork Fox Fur Stroller Jacket - Oversized Boho Glam
Description:
Stunning and highly unique vintage real fox fur coat crafted in an eye-catching patchwork mosaic design. Featuring a rich, natural palette of ginger, cream, beige, and deep black tones. Cut in a classic 1970s/1980s oversized "stroller jacket" silhouette with dramatic wide lapels, making it the perfect statement piece for modern vintage, boho chic, or retro-glam winter styling.
The fur is incredibly voluminous, thick, soft, and extremely warm. It drapes beautifully on the body and remains exceptionally fluffy with a gorgeous natural sheen. A true collector's piece with an authentic soul.
Measurements (laid flat):
• Pit to pit (Chest): 60 cm (23.6 inches) x 2
• Total length: 80 cm (31.5 inches)
• Sleeve length from shoulder: 65 cm (25.6 inches)
• Fits beautifully as a cozy, relaxed oversize style depending on your preferred fit.
Condition & Wear Details (Fair / Good Vintage Condition):
The fur pelt itself is in lovely condition—the hair does not shed and holds its volume well. As with most authentic vintage luxury outerwear, it shows minor, honest signs of time which have been fully disclosed below and priced accordingly:
1. Lining: There is minor un-stitching along the inner lining seam. One side has been previously repaired, while the opposite side shows a small opening that can be easily fixed with a few simple stitches.
2. First Clasp (Haftka): The top fur hook fastener is slightly damaged/loose and there is a very small, natural fur thinning around it due to friction from fastening (completely hidden when the coat is worn).
3. Sleeve Repair: A previous clean split on the inner sleeve has been professionally restored by a furrier using a soft leather patch insert with professional stitching. Due to the long, dense nature of the fox fur, this patch is entirely invisible from the outside.
A spectacular vintage gem that has been well-preserved and is ready for many more winters.
