MF Girbaud Cravatatakiller Womens Asym Wide Bottom Dress Size 10-12

The innovative husband and wife design team of Marithe & Francois Girbaud had two clothing lines that were interchangeable with one another aside from their famous Denim. They had the main line of M&F Girbaud and then their second line was called Cravatatakiller which humorously meant "Kill the Tie". These two lines worked together beautifully, of course the main line was designer expensive but Cravatatakiller was very reasonably priced. The women's division was primarily made from polymide-nylon and elastin and hence was washable and stretched with you, perfect for everyday use or special occaisons. At the end of the day it looked just as smart and fresh as it did in the morning.

They cut their designs with a tremendous amount of detail, asymmetrical and straight lines working together beautifully. This vintage 2005 sleeveless dress is no exception. The dress has a 7 inch zipper at the top of the bodice which allows you to unzip and pull the dress over your head. The zipper can be closed or partially left open depending on your mood. The spaghetti straps are adjustable and there are two on-seam pockets, one high on the left hip and the other lower on the right side of the waist as the photos show.
The asymetrical cut waist is roomy with the dress becoming a slanted bubble hem that has a hidden drawstring to gather the bottom hem into a tighter bubble fit.

This dress can be worn for many occaisions, work, casual, cocktail and perfect for travelling. The polymide elastin fabric allows one to hand wash in a hotel room, if neccessary, hang to dry and wear out that evening. This style of dress allows it to be worn with heels, tennis shoes or boots depending on your style and occaision.
It is sized in IT 48 which can be a snug US 10 or easy fitting US 12.
