Fun, flirty and fabulous vintage Josh & Jazz dress. Party, prom, formal or just for fun.  I believe it's is from around the 1980's. Strapless with a sheer lace and mesh ruffled layered full skirt. Extra wide band at the waist is attached at the sides and can is long enough to wrap twice or just once with a big bow in the back or front. shown all 3  ways in the photos. The bodice has stays in front, sides and back. 100% polyester. The sheer lace outer shell is a combination of floral scalloped edge lace and solid mesh. The skirt has alternating lace and mesh ruffled layers. It has 2 layer lining. The inside has a stiff ruffled tulle hem. Size zip.  Marked size 7/8, todays 2/4 but please use measurements to insure a good fit. Shown on my size 2 mannequin and has a little bit or room, not much. It measures 34" long from under the arms, 26" from the waist below the satin band. Laying  flat seam to seam it's 15 1/2" across under the arms, 13 1/2" at the waist.  Excellent condition. The only issue is the hanging ribbons have been cut. They are right on the top hem edge and would show.  I ship same or next business day.
