BILL BLASS Vintage Olive Brown Tailored Skirt Suit Sz 8-10 NWOT
This late 1980s/early 90s skirt suit from preeminent American designer Bill Blass comprises an impeccably tailored double-faced blazer and pencil skirt. The shell is a solid color that's a cross between olive and brown. The jacket has small shoulder pads, one besom chest pocket, and two besom hip pockets. It closes with two faux wooden buttons. The interior of the jacket is double-faced with folded French seams. Almost everything on the interior is sewn by hand. The pencil skirt has waist darts with no waistband and closes with a hidden back zipper; it's lined in olive green silk. The fabrics are not labeled but look and feel like wool (and silk for the skirt lining). Both pieces are labeled size 10. The jacket size is consistent with modern sizing charts, and the skirt runs between a size 8 and 10, particularly  the waist measurement. - Underarm chest measurement is 40" 
- Waist is 35"
- Sleeve length is 24" 
- Length is 28" down center back excluding collar.

SKIRT MEASUREMENTS
- Waist is 28.5"
- Hips are 41" at about 9" below waist.  
- Length is 24.5" 

CONDITION
Both pieces are in excellent condition with no apparent flaws. Appears to be unworn.
