Cacharel jacket (bought by my mother in the 80s) gray (a little darker than in the photos). Made in France, very good quality. 
Wool and polyester blend, fitted waist, 2 real pockets. The jacket went to the dry cleaners.
Labeled 40, it will be suitable for a 38, check your measurements with those below, taken flat:

Mélange laine et polyester, taille cintree, 2 vraies poches. La veste est passée au pressing.
