Chanel Spring 2004 (04P) vintage tweed jacket, FR size 38, made in France.
A beautiful Karl Lagerfeld-era Chanel jacket from the Spring 2004 collection, crafted in a richly textured multicolour tweed woven in cream, ivory, pale blue and soft brown, with subtle metallic threads throughout.
The jacket has a classic fitted Chanel silhouette with signature fringed detailing around the collar, lapels, cuffs, pockets and hem. It features four front patch pockets, three front CC logo buttons and three coordinating CC buttons at each cuff.
Fully lined in a luxurious pale champagne Chanel camellia and interlocking CC jacquard silk-blend lining.
Composition: 30% silk, 30% wool, 20% viscose, 10% acrylic, 9% cotton and 1% metallised polyester.
Lining: 95% silk, 5% elastane.
Chanel reference: 04P / P22966 V13809 / M2313
Size: FR 38
Made in France
Very good vintage condition and beautifully preserved. The fringed and raw-edge detailing throughout the jacket is an intentional feature of the original Chanel design and should not be mistaken for wear or damage. Detailed photographs are provided of the tweed, lining, collar, cuffs, CC buttons, pockets and original Chanel labels.
An elegant and distinctive example of early-2000s Chanel, with the craftsmanship, textured tweed and signature detailing associated with the house’s Karl Lagerfeld era. A sophisticated and highly wearable colourway that works beautifully with cream, denim, black or neutral tailoring.
