Incredibly rare, museum-quality vintage jacket from legendary French designer André Courrèges.
Dating from the early-to-mid 1970s, this piece hails from his historic high-end ready-to-wear line, "Couture Future" (Made in France).
The Silhouette: A beautifully tailored, cropped sporty bomber style with an architectural hidden button placket.
The Fabric: Features a stunning, heavy cream-colored fabric woven in an intricate, miniature chevron/herringbone textured pattern.
The Details: Exaggerated ribbed point collar, matching heavy rib-knit cuffs, and elasticized waistband.
The Lining: Fully lined inner bodice in an immaculate cream acetate/satin lining with no tearing or underarm discoloration.
Mint vintage condition.
Zero storage odors, texture damage, or tears.
Minor Flaw: There is one single, microscopic pinpoint dot on the upper wrist cuff sleeve (see photo).
