Vintage 1980s GIVENCHY collarless jacket made of a stiff black fabric, possibly linen with a colorful checked pattern made of little plastic bars attached to the surface.  It has a round neckline, set-in sleeves and is fitted at the waist.  Front snap closure trimmed with large plastic half-ball buttons in the same colors as the checks.  Padded shoulders.  Fully lined.  Labeled Givenchy Nouvelle Boutique, Paris, Made in France.  The size isn’t marked but it’s probably a Modern size 6 or 8 and it has the following measurements: 20” across the Bust; 17” across the Waist; 22” across the Hip; 17” across the Shoulders; 23” Sleeve, measured from the shoulder seam to the end; 24” Long, measured in the back from the neckline to the hem. In very good condition, no holes, tears or stains, just slightly faded inside the back of the neckline and it’s missing a few plastic pieces here and there.
