Blue

Stunning vintage Rose Hall of Lynhaven, Virginia two-piece women’s suit featuring a vivid blue textured bouclé-style coat with matching skirt.

The coat has a beautifully tailored mid-century silhouette with a rounded collar, four statement buttons, front pockets, bracelet-length sleeves, rich blue/purple satin lining, and dramatic dark brown fur trim around the entire hem. The matching skirt completes the set and gives it a true coordinated 1960s look.

An original ILGWU union label is present, supporting authentic vintage American construction. Based on the styling, construction, labels, and silhouette, this set appears consistent with the 1960s era.

The fur trim appears to be genuine, but the animal species has not been verified, so I would not identify it more specifically in the listing.

Approximate Measurements — Coat:

* Shoulder to shoulder: 16”

* Pit to pit: 17”

* Sleeve length: 18”

* Overall length: 32”

Approximate Measurements — Skirt:

* Length: 20”

Size:

No clearly marked size found. Based on the measurements, this appears approximately comparable to a modern XS–Small, depending on desired fit. Vintage sizing varies considerably, so buyers should compare measurements with a similar garment.
