Description:
A beautifully constructed two-piece suit from Vertigo Paris, the bold French ready-to-wear label of the 1980s–90s. Both pieces made in France, 64% polyester / 31% rayon / 5% spandex. Dry clean only.
The jacket is the standout piece: a dramatically wide pointed collar and deep folded cuffs in contrast black fabric, single-breasted front with original branded buttons, princess seaming for a fitted silhouette, and a curved concave hem — a real Vertigo design signature. The contrast black at collar, cuffs, and hem facing is applied contrast fabric, an intentional design detail throughout. Unlined construction makes this surprisingly comfortable and wearable across seasons.
The trousers are classically tailored wide-leg pleated pants with a clean high waist, precise construction, and original branded buttons closure. Also unlined.
Very good vintage condition. No alterations. All original branded buttons intact.
