Marithé François Girbaud jeans, Pedal Pusher model, vintage from the early 90s. In deep navy blue denim / twill canvas (100% cotton) that leans slightly towards purple. Mom fit: mid-high waist, hips with ergonomic X-panels typical of the model, loose at the pelvis and thighs then progressively tightening towards the bottom of the leg, tapered leg, small “pedal” prints at the ankles. Front pockets integrated into the cutouts, contrasting yellow topstitching, triple workwear seam along the legs. Made in Italy. Emblematic model from the designer couple, ergonomic and architectural silhouette developed to adapt to cycling.
Indicated size: US30 which corresponds to a women's M/L, but rely on the measurements, runs quite small.
Fair condition, a bit patinated
- Signs of wear / snags in friction areas: waistband buttonhole, bottom of ankles, pocket edges
- A bit faded / some discoloration marks
- Cracked label / missing parts on the back tab
- Possibly re-dyed

Jean Marithé François Girbaud, modèle Pedal Pusher, vintage du début des années 90. En denim / toile sergée (100% coton) bleu marine profond qui tend légèrement vers le violet. Coupe mom : taille mi-haute, hanches avec empiècements ergonomiques en X typique du modèle au niveau des hanches, ample au bassin et aux cuisses puis resserrement progressif vers le bas de jambe, jambe fuselée / tapered, petites impressions “pedal” aux chevilles. Poches avant intégrées dans les découpes, surpiqûres contrastantes jaune, triple couture workwear le long des jambes. Made in Italy.
