Dior

Black

Soft knife pleats fall in precise formation from the narrow waistband to the
hem, casting subtle shadows across the deep black polyester fabric. The skirt’s
clean silhouette is unmarred by hardware or logos, lending a quietly
architectural focus that evokes Dior’s refined ready-to-wear of the early
2000s—a period marked by meticulous tailoring and a return to pared-back
elegance under the creative direction that followed Gianfranco Ferré and the early
years of John Galliano. Though devoid of overt emblems, the understated luxury
of this piece is unmistakably Dior: a fashion house founded in Paris in 1946, whose
legacy is built on mastery of silhouette and a continuous dialogue between
structure and fluidity. The fabric is a sturdy, softly weighted polyester that
holds its shape beautifully, allowing for movement without compromising the form. The
estimated size is XL based on garment measurements, offering a generous fit at
the waist and falling to a midi length. The condition is very good, with no visible
flaws or marks, and the pleats remain crisp throughout. The mannequin normally wears a
size M.
