Beautiful denim maxi skirt by Marithé + François Girbaud, one of the pioneering brands in denim experimentation founded in Paris in the 1970s.
The two designers were among the first to treat denim as a design material, introducing innovative washing techniques, ergonomic cutting, and architectural garment construction. Between the '80s and '90s, the brand became iconic in streetwear and avant-garde design.

Y2K vintage item. Long, low-waisted model, made of grey denim with a slightly worn effect.
On the back, it features intentionally torn faux pockets, while the front showcases the branded metal clips, distinctive details of the brand.

Flared hem, which creates movement and a unique silhouette.
A skirt closer to a designer piece than a basic garment.

Bellissima gonna maxi in denim firmata Marithé + François Girbaud, uno dei marchi pionieri nella sperimentazione sul denim nato a Parigi negli anni ’70.
I due designer sono stati tra i primi a trattare il jeans come un materiale da progettazione, introducendo tecniche innovative di lavaggio, taglio ergonomico e costruzione architettonica dei capi. Tra gli anni ’80 e ’90 il brand è diventato iconico nello streetwear e nel design avant-garde.

 Articolo vintage Y2K. Modello lungo, a vita bassa, realizzato in denim grigio dall’effetto leggermente vissuto. 
Sul retro presenta finte tasche volutamente strappate, mentre sul davanti spiccano le clip in metallo logate, dettagli distintivi del brand.
 Fondo svasato, che crea movimento e una silhouette particolare. Gonna più vicina a un pezzo di design che a un capo basic.
