Max & Co "The Regimental Kilt" Mini Skirt in beautiful multi-blue tartan pattern.  Features two working leather buckles on the outside.  Internal hooks (two on inner left-hand side of the band; one on the right-hand side of the band).  Traditional pleats at back and sides with a flat, un-pleated front apron that overlaps.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT FRONT APRON AND THE ENTIRE WAISTBAND HAS A DELIBERATELY FRAYED EDGED FOR AN UNFINISHED LOOK.  This is NOT a manufacturing defect or flaw - it is INTENTIONALLY DESIGNED THIS WAY.
