Prada

The Prada collection asserts a subversion of the classics, with suits and coats featuring clean lines, marked by graphic stripes and a play on collages of materials (tweed, leather, sheer fabrics). Structured proportions and spectacular accessories reinforce Miuccia Prada's signature aesthetic. The finale unveils precious couture pieces in organza and metallic skins, intended for an exclusive clientele.

Graphic and resolutely sophisticated, this Prada Spring/Summer 2016 skirt, Look 21, perfectly illustrates the art of contrast so dear to the house. Crafted from a mix of textured materials, it plays on a patchwork of patterns: woven stripes in black, gray, and mustard yellow, combined with a Prince of Wales check panel in neutral tones.

The structured and slightly flared cut creates an elegant and contemporary silhouette, while the construction highlights Prada's expertise in the art of tailoring and mixing prints. The contrast between textures and patterns adds depth and character, while maintaining a chic and perfectly controlled look.

A statement piece, ideal for modernizing a minimalist look with an intellectual and couture touch, a signature of Prada in the 2010s.

Wool mid-length skirt
