Vintage Christian Dior SS 1998 "Cool Wool" Draped Logo Tee by John Galliano

Description:
Beautiful and 100% authentic vintage Christian Dior short-sleeve top from the iconic John Galliano era (Late 90s / Spring 1998 collection). Crafted from ultra-lightweight, breathable "cool wool" jersey fabric, featuring an asymmetric draped neckline with decorative ribbon ties and a subtle embroidered "Dior" monogram logo ton-on-ton near the bottom hem. Made in Italy.
Fit & Construction Note:
Please note that this top features an intentional asymmetric, draped design (ruched styling). Because of this specific high-fashion cut, the front has extra fabric designed to gather beautifully on the body when worn. As a result, the shirt does not lay completely flat or straight when placed on a table, which is a signature characteristic of this original design. The back of the top is a classic, clean flat cut.
•
	• Serial Code: 8A23521X4400 (Present on the internal satin care tag)
•
	• Composition: 100% Laine - Wool (Fine, lightweight slub knit texture)
•
	• Import Tags: Includes the original Christian Dior Japan import registration details and phone code (03-3263-2266) on the reverse side of the tag.
Exact Flat Measurements:
•
	• Pit to Pit (Chest Width): 45 cm / 17.7 inches (Has good natural stretch, fits like a modern size Medium)
•
	• Total Length: 60 cm / 23.6 inches
Condition Note:
The garment itself is in excellent vintage condition with no holes, stains, or damage to the delicate wool fabric. Please note that one corner/edge of the neck tag has been minorly and securely hand-restitched back to the seam, as the original vintage thread had loosened over time. This is fully documented in the photos and is completely unnoticeable when worn.
